Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Launch) as part of the Career Launch Program. You will undergo an intensive training program at the Corporate office (North Fort Worth, TX) and then join the Sales organization at a branch location.

You will sell products, build relationships with customers, and travel up to 50% to visit branches and customers. A Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in sales or related field is required; a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years.
• 0–2 years in sales or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services by generating leads and calling on accounts.
• Maintain effective business rapport with customers’ staff.
• Pursue new business leads via shows, networking, and internal resources.
• Coordinate price quotes and delivery terms to maximize profitability.
• Attend quarterly business reviews and internal meetings.
