Job summary

TTI, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Launch) as part of the Career Launch Program.

This role will train in a corporate office before transitioning to a sales position at a branch location, selling products and services to assigned customers in the territory. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining relationships, pursuing new business, and supporting quotes and delivery details to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internship experience accepted).
• Candidates must have graduated from a bachelors degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sells company products and services to assigned customers in territory.
• Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with customer staff by ensuring transactions are professional and timely.
• Pursues new business leads using reps, trade shows, networking, manufacturers, internet, and internal resources to expand the customer base.
• Facilitate follow-thru on every level of the sales cycle by keeping touch with the customer, quotes and delivery information to meet expectations.
• Attend quarterly business reviews with suppliers and regular meetings with management to understand business outlook and opportunities.
• Ensures timely price quotes meet customer deadlines by gathering product and delivery information.
• Increases account coverage by working with Account Representatives to maximize customer service and support.
