Job summary

TTI, Inc. is launching a Field Sales Representative (Launch) program in the Kansas City area. The role starts with an intensive training program at the corporate office (North Fort Worth, TX) and transitions to a field sales position in a branch location.

You will generate leads, develop relationships, and manage accounts across a defined territory. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in sales or customer service, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–2 years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, purchasing, and product line understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells company products and services to assigned customers to meet sales objectives.
• Establishes rapport with customer staff to ensure professional, timely service.
• Pursues new business leads using multiple channels to expand the customer base.
• Maintains follow-up with customers through the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction.
