Job summary

Silver Birch Living is opening Silver Birch of Bedford Heights in early 2027, a new affordable assisted living community serving seniors. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead pre-opening and opening phases, build a high-performing team, ensure compliant resident care, and set the culture for our mission Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care.
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
• Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
