Silver Birch Living is expanding to Mason, Ohio, and seeks an Executive Director to lead the pre-opening and opening phases of Silver Birch of Mason, a brand-new affordable assisted living community for seniors. You will shape culture, recruit a high-performing team, and establish care standards in line with Ohio regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
• Proven success in occupancy growth and lease-up
