Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing for The Ashford of Grove City in Ohio. This full-time role offers up to $100k plus bonus and requires an active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• 2 years of nursing leadership experience
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong clinical and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and families
• Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily instruction to the nursing department staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Ensure proper dispensing and documentation for medications.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes per regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, vendors and staff.
• Oversee nursing department compliance.
