Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of project or program management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastic injection molding.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD, MS Office, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO requirements related to design, process, document control, and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and supervision of Orchard Park project engineering personnel.
• Plan and execute tooling and launch projects to meet timelines and financial goals.
• Maintain project tracking, forecast workload, capacity, and risks.
• Develop procedures to improve engineering services quality and consistency.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives and KPI reporting.
