Job description
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end execution of global programs, including new product launches, major transfers, and strategic value‑stream initiatives, supported by clear charters, timelines, milestones, and risk controls
Drive program governance through structured cadences, executive updates, gate reviews, and comprehensive documentation such as RACIs, decision logs, and dashboards
Align cross‑functional and global teams—including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial—to ensure seamless execution and clear ownership across regions and plants
Serve as the primary interface for customers and senior leadership, delivering transparent updates, translating requirements into actionable plans, and maintaining strong stakeholder confidence
Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts across tooling, molding, assembly, supplier readiness, and regulatory constraints, using structured problem‑solving methodologies
Escalate critical issues with data‑driven recommendations and ensure business cases are validated through close partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations. MBA Preferred.
7–10+ years of experience in program/project management in manufacturing, packaging, or dispensing systems.
Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-site, or global programs from concept to launch.
