Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of global programs, including new product launches, major transfers, and strategic value‑stream initiatives, supported by clear charters, timelines, milestones, and risk controls
• Drive program governance through structured cadences, executive updates, gate reviews, and comprehensive documentation such as RACIs, decision logs, and dashboards
• Align cross‑functional and global teams—including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial—to ensure seamless execution and clear ownership across regions and plants
• Serve as the primary interface for customers and senior leadership, delivering transparent updates, translating requirements into actionable plans, and maintaining strong stakeholder confidence
• Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts across tooling, molding, assembly, supplier readiness, and regulatory constraints, using structured problem‑solving methodologies
• Escalate critical issues with data‑driven recommendations and ensure business cases are validated through close partnership with Finance and Commercial teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations. MBA Preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in program/project management in manufacturing, packaging, or dispensing systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-site, or global programs from concept to launch.
