This hands-on engineering and project-management role requires coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Tooling, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners to move projects forward, manage risks, and meet customer launch expectations. Experience with plastic injection molding and regulated manufacturing is highly valued.

Formación

• This role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent project-management skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience with plastic injection molding, injection mold tooling, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing is highly valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Leading assigned tooling and new-product launch projects
• Developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items
• Tracking project scope, schedule, risks, resources, and deliverables
• Supporting injection-molding, tooling, process-development, and validation activities
• Identifying project risks and leading mitigation efforts
• Supporting products as they transition from launch into production
• Facilitating post-project reviews and continuous-improvement activities
