Job summary

Medbio, LLC in Orchard Park, NY is hiring a Project Engineer to lead tooling and product-launch projects from kickoff through production qualification.

This hands-on engineering and project-management role requires coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Tooling, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners to move projects forward, manage risks, and meet customer launch expectations. Experience with plastic injection molding and regulated manufacturing is highly valued.

We’re hiring a Project Engineer at our Medbio facility in Orchard Park, NY.

This is a hands-on engineering and project-management role responsible for leading tooling and product-launch projects from kickoff through successful production qualification. The Project Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Tooling, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners to keep projects moving, manage risks, solve technical challenges, and ensure customer launch expectations are met.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading assigned tooling and new-product launch projects
• Developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items
• Tracking project scope, schedule, risks, resources, and deliverables
• Supporting injection-molding, tooling, process-development, and validation activities
