Job summary

Midwest Molding, Inc. seeks a Program Manager in Bartlett, IL to oversee all Project Engineers from project inception through production launch. The role ensures customer specs are met, collaborates with customers and suppliers, and drives PPAP activities and quality documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing engineering deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining schedules to ensure on-time project completion while upholding ISO/IATF standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• MS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with gauge design and fixtures.
• Understanding of GD&T principles and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Engineers from project initiation to production launch.
• Ensure customer specifications and requirements are met during engineering.
• Review PPAP activities, MSA, control plans and FMEA as needed.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines.
