Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT Infrastructure initiatives in support of P320. You will define scope, plan delivery, oversee execution, and ensure governance, budgets, quality, and timelines. Travel to the UK may be required to perform duties.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, Governance, Cyber Security, Finance, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes and smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience in project management with defined processes for prioritization and demand management.
• Ability to work with a wide range of sponsors, stakeholders, and resources to align activities.
• Cross-functional expertise in IT infrastructure, cost estimation, and what-if analyses.
• Strong ability to present recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Cross-Team/Cross Department Project Leadership experience.
• Strong organizing and interpersonal skills.
• Technology experience is a plus; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to the UK as needed.
• Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources for IT infrastructure projects following lifecycle policies.
• Develop and track budgets and schedules; manage tasks; provide risk analysis and issue resolution.
• Gather requirements, participate in design reviews, testing, and ensure deliverables meet scope and schedule.
• Communicate program status, health metrics, and dependencies to stakeholders; lead meetings.
• Ensure smooth transition of completed projects into operational support.
