Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to launch a rare disease GI/Hepatology product from a new team in Reston, VA. The TBM will drive territory strategy, build clinician relationships, and deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to communicate value.

You will navigate a complex, matrixed environment, apply analytics to optimize plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners while maintaining compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory preferred.
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Operate in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations for top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decisions.
