Job summary

AutoFi is seeking an Implementations Configuration Specialist to manage end-to-end configuration and integration of AutoFi products for dealer partners. You will translate requirements into functional configurations, coordinate with onboarding teams, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful launches.

You will balance a high volume of concurrent implementations, apply APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and other tech, and partner with QA to validate readiness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, or related implementation activities.
• 2-3 years of experience in client-facing implementations, technical onboarding, or SaaS support preferred.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex; hands-on API testing with tools like Postman.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration and integration of AutoFi's products for dealer partner implementations, ensuring requirements translate into launch-ready solutions.
• Manage a workload of 13–20 implementations with competing priorities to meet launch timelines.
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists and stakeholders to establish launch timelines and dependencies.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for partners and vendors to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
