Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management solutions to residential customers while delivering exceptional, customer-focused service in the local community. You will represent the national Rentokil brand and assess customer needs to tailor pest control solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in pest control or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell home services.
• Complete home diagrams and document customer needs in CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge for installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
