Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering a customer-focused service to grow the business.

You’ll assess customers' needs by consulting with the customer and performing an analysis using expert knowledge of our products and services, resulting in pest control solutions. Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and assess pest issues for residential clients.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
• Use Sales CRM to complete home diagram and track prospects.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge for new service installations.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance records in CRM.
