Qualifikationen

• Coordinate exhibitions and artist residency activities.
• Plan and implement exhibit installations with guest curators.
• Schedule, train, and supervise gallery and FOH staffing.
• Maintain attendance and sales records and reconcile payments.
• Coordinate events, openings, panel discussions, and tours.
• Collaborate with Marketing for copy and promotional materials.
• Evening and weekend hours required for openings and events.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

• Coordinate Galeria Esperanza exhibitions and artist residency activities.
• Plan installations and coordinate guest curators and scheduling.
• Supervise gallery and front of house staff, including Mentor Fellows.
• Maintain attendance, sales, and artist payment records; manage box office.
• Organize openings, receptions, tours, and audience talks; support events.
• Work with Marketing to create copy and materials and oversee signage.
• Ensure on-site presence for live events and installations.
