Job summary
IT Accel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead and grow relationships with financial institutions across Latin America from our Miami area team.
The role emphasizes deep knowledge of structured products, pricing, and execution workflows, with a strong network in Latin American markets. The candidate should manage client satisfaction, drive platform adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to onboard new clients and expand services across asset
Qualifications
- 5+ years in relationship management, institutional sales, or business development in structured products or derivatives.
- Strong knowledge of structured products, pricing, and trade execution workflows.
- Established Latin American financial market relationships with banks, brokers, and institutions.
- Willingness to travel across Latin America; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; fluency in Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with financial institutions across Latin America.
- Serve as primary contact to ensure client satisfaction, platform adoption, and ongoing support.
- Identify business development opportunities and assist new client acquisition in the region.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering for onboarding and platform rollout.
- Provide expertise in structured products, investment solutions, and trading workflows.
- Support expansion into asset management products, OTC derivatives, and new markets.
- Monitor regional market trends and represent the company at client meetings.
