Job summary

IT Accel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and expand relationships with RIAs across the United States. The role focuses on structured products, investment technology, and advisory platforms in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will leverage an established RIA network to grow client accounts, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, and help onboard new clients while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship management, institutional sales, or business development in structured products, derivatives, or alt investments.
• Strong knowledge of structured products, pricing mechanics, and trade execution workflows.
• Established relationships within the U.S. RIA community including independent RIAs, family offices, and RIA aggregators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing RIA clients across the U.S.
• Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, platform adoption, and ongoing support.
• Build relationships with CIOs, investment committees, and financial advisors.
• Identify business development opportunities and support new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams for onboarding.
• Provide expertise in structured products, annuities, and trading workflows.
• Support expansion into asset management products, OTC derivatives, and additional offerings.
• Monitor RIA industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
