This role ensures product quality, machine efficiency, workplace safety, and adherence to production schedules.Job Responsibilities:Operate latex line machinery and related production equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor production processes, machine settings, temperatures, and material flowAdjust machine controls to maintain product specifications and quality standardsInspect finished products for defects, consistency, and compliance with company standardsLoad raw materials and maintain proper material levels during productionPerform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshootingRecord production data, downtime, and quality control measurementsFollow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policiesCommunicate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and quality control teams regarding production issuesAssist with changeovers, setup, and startup/shutdown proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaAll other duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications & Skills (Required):High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience preferredExperience with latex, foam, coating, or textile production equipment is a plusMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read gauges, measurements, and production specificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessWork Environment:Manufacturing or industrial facilityExposure to heat, noise, chemicals, and moving machineryRequires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Schedule:Full-timeMay require overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts depending on production needsRugPadUSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
