Applicants should be eager to learn about the many facets of running and managing a business, from day-to-day tasks to generating big-picture ideas.Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrightsOversee maintenance and repair of textile equipmentManage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructureDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the teamPlan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvementsCoordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performanceManage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policiesMaintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventoryDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reductionQualifications:5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferredExperience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsExperience with CMMS systems and maintenance planningWelding and fabrication experience is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsQualifications:5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferredExperience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsExperience with CMMS systems and maintenance planningWelding and fabrication experience is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
