RugPadUSA in Suffield, CT is seeking a Latex Line Assistant Manager to support daily production on the latex line, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality output. The Latex Line Assistant Manager supports the daily operation of the latex production line, helping ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This position works closely with the Latex Line Manufacturing Manager to supervise employees, coordinate workflow, troubleshoot production issues, maintain accurate records, and promote a clean and organized work environment.
Success in this position is measured by safe operations, achievement of production targets, product quality, reduced waste and downtime, accurate documentation, effective employee supervision, and consistent adherence to company procedures.
