Job summary

Skadden is seeking a Lateral Talent Acquisition Assistant to join the National Lateral Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role can be based in Chicago, Washington, DC or New York, and focuses on supporting all aspects of lateral recruiting.

You will manage interview schedules, maintain candidate data, and collaborate with Search Firms to ensure smooth hiring processes across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, minimum one year related experience.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter tools and related platforms.
• Ability to review and discuss vendor contracts accurately.
• Strong data handling and statistics drafting abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and learning new software quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Ability to adjust hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and related databases; track pipelines.
• Update career pages with firmwide lateral searches.
• Coordinate with search firm recruiters on availability.
• Run utilization reports and maintain candidate offer trackers.
• Assist with updating lateral statistics and records management.
