The Lateral Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the National team from Chicago, Washington, DC, or New York in a hybrid arrangement and assist with all aspects of lateral recruiting.

The role involves scheduling, data maintenance in ATS, collaboration with Search Firm recruiters, and producing utilization and statistics reports. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter tools and processes.
• Ability to discuss basic vendor contracts.
• Accurate expense processing and recording.
• Ability to compile and draft statistics.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adjust hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and track requisitions.
• Update career page with firmwide lateral searches.
• Coordinate lateral candidate availability with Search Firm recruiters.
• Run Firmwide utilization reports upon request.
• Maintain lateral candidate offer acceptance tracker.
• Assist with updating lateral statistics.
• Maintain Search Firm contact list and agreements.
• Scan lateral recruiting documents into records system.
• Handle due diligence items for lateral hires.
• Circulate background and social media reports for review.
• Process placement fee invoices.
• Circulate submissions for review and decisions.
• Handle downloads of new lateral hires into employee records.
• Prepare candidate hiring files for handoff to appropriate people teams.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
