Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Lateral Talent Acquisition Assistant to join the National Lateral Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, Washington, DC or New York. This position supports all aspects of lateral recruiting, including interview scheduling, data tracking, and collaboration with search firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system and related databases.
• Coordinate with Search Firm recruiters on candidate availability.
• Prepare candidate hiring files for handoff to people teams.
• Circulate submissions for review and decisions.
