You will maintain candidate data, schedule interviews, liaise with Search Firm recruiters, and assist with background checks and onboarding documentation. The firm emphasizes teamwork, development, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update lateral candidate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and related databases.
• Coordinate with search firm recruiters on candidate availability.
• Generate utilization reports and background checks.
• Prepare candidate hiring files for handoff to teams.
• Process placement fee invoices.
• Circulate applicant submissions for review and decisions.
