Qualifications

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to process expenses and compile statistics.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enter, distribute and update lateral candidate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and databases; track requisitions and pipelines.
• Update career page with firmwide lateral searches.
• Coordinate availability with search firm recruiters.
• Run utilization reports for the firm.
• Maintain candidate offer acceptance tracker.
