Qualifications

• Experience in partner integration or lateral hiring.
• Strong understanding of law firm operations and professional services.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage firmwide onboarding and integration frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with BD, Practice Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR and conflicts.
• Lead touchpoints at 30, 60, 180, and 365 days to monitor progression.
• Serve as primary integration point for new partners throughout onboarding lifecycle.
• Align integration activities with department goals, firm strategy, and revenue initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integration toolkits, playbooks, and dashboards.
