Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in law firm administration or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with senior partners and firm leadership with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage firmwide partner onboarding and integration frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with BD, Practice Management, Marketing, IT, HR, and conflicts.
• Lead regular touchpoints at 30/90/180/365 days to monitor progress.
• Guide partners through firm culture, governance, systems, and expectations.
• Track integration success metrics and surface risks and growth opportunities.
• Support client transitions and relationship mapping during onboarding.
