Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is hiring a Partner Integration Specialist to support the firm’s global lateral integration program. The role reports to the Manager of Partner Integration and can be based in multiple U.S.

offices with a hybrid 3 days in-office / 2 days remote schedule. Responsibilities include developing integration plans, facilitating introductions, coordinating onboarding activities, and tracking progress across the firm’s global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the lateral integration manager for global initiatives.
• Develop and implement individualized integration plans for each lateral partner.
• Offer high-touch support to new lateral partners to facilitate introductions and meetings.
• Track integration progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Partner Education Series and other professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Legal Talent team to align recruitment and integration priorities.
• Design onboarding activities and logistics for new lateral partners.
