Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three years’ conflicts analysis with new business or lateral new hire reviews at a law firm is preferred.
• Experience with Intapp Open/Walls or NetDocs is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports using the firm’s conflicts database.
• Analyze requests for New Business conflicts searches and obtain clear information for intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral attorney and new hire candidates and resolve conflicts with current clients.
• Research prospective clients and entities to summarize steps to address conflicts under firm guidelines.
• Update and input data into conflicts and financial databases and verify accuracy.
• Interact with Conflicts Attorneys to discuss reports and seek resolutions.
• Follow up on new business and lateral conflict issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to department emails with accuracy and professionalism.
