Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a plus.
• Strong kitchen knowledge and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed.
• Follow recipes and ensure food presentation looks outstanding.
• Complete prep list, portion products per spec.
• Run your station efficiently, stock food as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and methods.
• Assist with deliveries, FIFO labeling, and proper rotation.
• Maintain a driven pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift.
• Assist with cleaning smallwares and equipment as needed.
• Other functions as assigned by management.
