Qualifications

• Strong kitchen knowledge and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Scratch kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed.
• Follow the recipes and ensure food presentation looks outstanding.
• Complete prep lists and portion products per spec.
• Efficiently run your station, stock food as needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries (FIFO).
• Label food and rotate stock properly.
• Support with cleaning smallwares and equipment as needed.
