Oakland Human Resources Consortium is seeking a Latchkey Aide for Botsford and Grandview Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The position offers a starting salary of $15.00/hr under the agreement and a part-time, before/after school care role.

The role involves engaging children in activities, supervising up to 18 students aged 3-12, maintaining a safe classroom, and ensuring proper use of supplies and snacks as directed by the department head.

Qualifications

• Babysitting experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands/objects/tools/controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb ladders.

• Maintain a clean and orderly classroom to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Ensure that supplies, snacks, and drinks are used according to the quantities prearranged by the department head.
