Job Description

SUMMARY

It is the responsibility of the latch key site workers to oversee the daily operation and implementation of the site program, the site staff, and overall care and supervision of children.

COMPENSATION

$14 per hour, Paid by EduStaff

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and evaluate program and center policies
• Administer day-to-day operations, including being available to address parent, child, and staff issues
• Monitor and oversee staff
• Such duties as the Director may deem appropriate and acceptable

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 19 years of age
