Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Regional Solution Sales professional for Industrials to drive sales strategy across LATAM, covering 20 countries. You will build deep client relationships, lead end-to-end cash management deals, and promote innovative trade solutions.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in sales or relationship management with banks or financial services.
• Strong sales skills and proven banking/sector experience.
• Broad client management experience across multiple regions and accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior client management and deal negotiation abilities.
• Language proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Execute LATAM sales strategy with Global and Country Partners across 20 countries.
• Manage relationships with key global and regional clients to retain and grow business.
• Lead end-to-end cash management deals, RFPs and client pitches with regional proposals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive regional market leadership.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and control functions to ensure governance and successful deal delivery.
