Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a LATAM MDA Specialist to drive growth for private wealth clients in Latin America, linking Citi's Markets and private banking teams. You will onboard clients, manage the overall Markets relationship, and coordinate with QIS and AMCs offerings.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish/Portuguese preferred, with a strong sales and relationship track record. The role reports to the Americas Head of MDA and involves risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of institutional sales or relationship management.
• Proven knowledge of asset classes including cash trading, derivatives, QIS and AMCs.
• Experience with Family Offices and institutional suitability requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at UHNW firms and Family Offices.
• Drive LATAM client growth by expanding accounts and increasing revenue.
• Collaborate with Private Banking leaders, Investment Counselors, and internal partners.
• Source and integrate new institutional products and services to meet client needs.
• Establish and maintain robust risk, compliance, and regulatory procedures.
