Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Bilingual Senior Transaction Manager to manage Latin America real estate transactions, including leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for commercial clients. You will collaborate with local brokerage teams to secure favorable terms and ensure cross-functional alignment across service lines.

The role requires 8–10 years in real estate transactions, a license, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
• Experience with a Latin America portfolio and industrial transactions experience, highly desired.
• Real Estate salesperson license required.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Highly sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and related calculations.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish with reading, writing and speaking in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients; review terms.
