CBRE is recruiting a Bilingual Transaction Management Director based in Atlanta. The role oversees complex deals across North America, including the US, Canada and Latin America, with emphasis on office and industrial assets. Strong negotiation and client relationship skills are essential.

You will supervise staff, drive training and performance, recruit leaders, and mentor a team while aligning real estate actions with client goals and CBRE standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate Salesperson License required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision and monitor staff development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Develop client report packages and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Oversee acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities.
• Negotiate with external partners to reach common goals; drive cross-functional performance.
