Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
• Ability to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and subleasing dispositions.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations.
• Secure new high-value properties to meet timelines.
• Coordinate integration between service lines and manage commissions/forecasts.
• Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
