Job summary

Brother is seeking a Manager, Marketing, LAC to develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and product plans for the Latin America & Caribbean region, focusing on Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Ecuador. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, HR and Legal to drive growth.

Lead cross‑country projects, manage agencies and partners, activate retailer and e‑commerce programs, and analyze data to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in go-to-market, channel, or trade marketing in LATAM.
• Languages: Spanish and English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market, channel activation, and sell-out plans for LATAM.
• Execute retail/reseller programs and drive demand across accounts.
• Lead product launches, pricing, and channel training with stakeholders.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out, inventory, and promotions to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on campaigns and budgets.
