Brother USA is seeking a Marketing Manager for Latin America & Caribbean with a strong track record in go-to-market, channel activation, and product marketing. You will lead cross-functional efforts with sales, operations, and finance to drive demand, optimize pricing, and grow market share across Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Ecuador.

The role is remote-field based, requiring regional travel up to 25% and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in go-to-market, channel, or trade marketing in LATAM markets.
• Experience driving retail, reseller, and eCommerce campaigns to grow sell-out.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across countries, categories, budgets, and teams.
• Knowledge of Latin American retail, distribution, shopper behavior, and local market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Develop go-to-market, channel activation, and sell-out plans with Sales and partners.
• Design and execute campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives to drive brand growth.
• Manage agencies and vendors against timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Lead product/category management and pricing strategies across markets.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and present insights to management.
