Brother International Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager, Marketing, LAC to develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and product plans across Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Ecuador. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and Legal to drive demand and profitable growth.

This remote field-based role requires at least 7 years in go-to-market or trade marketing in Latin America, with strong ability to lead cross-functional teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in go-to-market, channel, or trade marketing in Latin American markets.
• Spanish and English language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Develop go-to-market, channel activation, and sell-out plans with Sales and partners to achieve sell-out goals in physical and eCom channels.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and partner initiatives to drive brand growth and sales.
• Lead product launch processes including line up, certification, availability, channel training, and demand generation.
