Job summary

Brother International Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager, Marketing, LAC to develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and product plans across Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Ecuador.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with Sales, Finance, HR and Legal to achieve sales and profitability targets while advancing brand growth.

This remote field-based role offers travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in go-to-market, channel, or trade marketing in Latin American markets.
• Experience driving sell-out growth through retail, reseller, and eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong product/category management and budget governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market, channel activation, and sell-out plans with Sales to reach target locations and eCom.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives to drive brand growth.
• Manage agencies and vendors against budgets, timelines, and performance targets.
• Lead product launches with certification, availability, training, and demand generation.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out and promo data to improve ROI and inform decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and present insights to leadership.
