Job summary

Hyatt Corporate Office in Chicago seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM), LATAM, to advance hotel development opportunities from qualification through transaction execution. You will coordinate deal activities, manage workflows, and drive deliverables to move deals through development.

Build cross-functional collaboration and maintain pipeline transparency while growing within Hyatt’s Development organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or related industry.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and progress toward a lead Developer role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development opportunities by tracking milestones, actions, and deal progress.
• Support Leaders by sourcing/analyzing data and organizing deal materials.
• Coordinate with Legal, Feasibility, Design, and Finance to obtain analyses and approvals.
• Maintain accurate deal information and pipeline in designated systems.
• Monitor timelines, identify deliverables, bottlenecks, and risks; communicate issues and solutions.
• Facilitate communication among Deal Leaders, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Coordinate internal approvals and governance with complete documentation.
• Develop expertise in Hyatt’s development processes and workflows.
