Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of marketing in a large law firm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into a narrative.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports business development initiatives, including client lists and pipeline management.
• Assists with pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Ensures pitch materials reflect LATAM transactional capabilities.
• Collaborates with Marketing Content to update materials.
• Coordinates client targeting across LATAM and other offices.
• Maintains records for business development activities.
• Plans and executes client-facing events and webinars.
• Oversees CRM data updates and regional cleanups.
