Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Development & Feasibility Senior Analyst, Americas to join the Development - Americas team.

Based in our Americas Corporate Office with hybrid arrangements, you will support growth across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean through rigorous financial underwriting, market analysis, and investment evaluations for new hotel and branded residences opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in hotel feasibility, development underwriting, investment analysis, or related areas.
Strong financial modelling capabilities including DCF, IRR, NPV, and investment analysis.
Experience preparing forecasts, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations for development opportunities.
Knowledge of hotel performance metrics (USALI, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR) and market intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Lead financial underwriting and feasibility analyses for hotels, management contracts, and branded residences.
Prepare detailed operating pro formas, DCF valuations, and investment analyses (IRR/NPV).
Conduct market studies using STR and CoStar to assess demand and competition.
Coordinate due diligence and support negotiations with internal teams and external partners.
Develop executive-level memos and presentations for leadership review.
