Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a dynamic leader to own payer account relationships for Mass General Brigham International (MGBI). You will identify, cultivate, and advance high-value global payer partnerships to drive revenue growth and broaden international patient access.

The role requires travel to engage with international payers, collaboration with in-country BD leads, and close work with the payer contracting team. Remote with onsite as needed in the Boston area; 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in global payer markets, healthcare consulting, BD, or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a global payer business development strategy.
• Identify high-potential payer partnerships to support growth and access.
• Develop plans with payer contracting to build long-term international partnerships.
• Maintain payer intelligence and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
