Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for Latin America, reporting to the RSM LATAM & Emerging Markets.

The role focuses on developing new customers and driving sales across LATAM, with approximately 20% time devoted to supporting Technical Services and building the service network to ensure excellent customer experience. You will travel extensively to call on distributors, dealers, builders, and OEMs, identify opportunities, train dealers, and lead campaigns to meet sales

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel long distances by plane.
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage about 50 direct customer accounts.
• Champion sales promotions throughout the LATAM region.
• Identify leads and develop opportunities to win bids on commercial pool projects.
• Coordinate with customer service, technical service, engineering and other departments.
