Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager for LATAM to develop new customers and drive sales across Latin America, with approximately 20% time supporting Technical Services.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, travel across LATAM, and leadership of commercial activities to grow our pool equipment business. The candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with service, engineering, and sales teams to maximize regional performance and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage about 50 direct customer accounts.
• Lead regional sales promotions across LATAM.
• Identify leads and develop opportunities to win bids on commercial pool projects.
• Travel throughout assigned territory by plane to call on distributors, dealers, builders, OEMs, and prospective customers.
• Train dealers and distributors on product, sales, and advertising techniques.
• Develop sales campaigns to achieve company goals.
• Represent the company at trade shows to promote products.
• Coordinate with customer service, technical service, engineering and other departments.
• Contribute to annual sales plan and territory strategy.
